La mostra de recollida de clients potencials és un formulari d'entrada de targeta adaptativa dissenyat per recollir clients potencials de qualsevol persona que pugui entrar en contacte amb persones interessades en un conjunt de productes. No dubteu a canviar les opcions dels productes, recordant que cada opció pot tenir text de visualització, així com un valor intern que es produirà després que algú enviï la targeta (també poden ser els mateixos que mostrem al bloc de codis d'exemple).
