HTTPS errors

I've been trying to get to the bottom of a very strange issue.

We have around 20 PCs in our network, however 3 (so far) have started to behave strangely - 2 of which are newly formatted with a clean Windows 10 Pro install. What happens is, after a random amount of time Chrome, Edge and Firefox all show security errors on all websites - including Microsoft and Google. If I reboot these PCs then I can start using the internet again.

Teamviewer also stops allowing connections, i have an ID and password but all connection attempts fail.

I've ensure everything is updated on all three PCs, my concern is that the other PCs on the network will start to show the same issue once an update arrives. Any thoughts as to things I can try.

In chrome, while this error is happening the https which normally appears black is suddenly red with a line through it.

Further to my last post the issue is spreading, another PC in the office has started with the same issue.

    Thanks for both replies :)

It's 3 PCs in a network of 20 which have the issue.

PC - 1 -> Brand new out of the box Dell PC, followed the install procedure and after a short pause had the issue. I'd not even managed to hook it onto the domain. Formatted the PC and reinstalled Windows 10 assuming to be a production issue at dell.

PC - 2 -> Older Dell PC which I had formatted down to re-install windows for a new user - again, this worked for a little bit but then fails

PC - 3 -> My PC, not re-installed windows however my PC is always up-to-date with Windows Patches.

The only thing all three have in common when they went wrong is they all shared the switch on my desk.

All date and times are correct and i've ruled out the router as the other 17 PCs are fine and showing now issues.

PC - 1 since leaving my desk has not shown any issues, PC - 2 has left my desk this morning.

For reference, WSUS shows the versions as

    PC - 1 = 10.0.17763.475

    PC - 2 = 10.0.17663.404

    PC - 3 = 10.0.17663.475

Most PCs on the network are still running as version 10.0.17663.404
