battery decrease even though the laptop shut down

i will upload the screenshot of my battery usage for the last 7 days

as you can see on april 4 the battery decreasing, i never use my laptop on that date. Also the "screen on (daily average) 20h 48min" i never use my laptop for that long daily, its only 2-5 hours daily. can someone help me? thank you

    Just curious, was your problem also fixed long term? I'm having the exact same issue (my battery graph usage looks exactly as yours) and none of the methods have worked so far for me. Can you give more details what you mean with "for my method im draining my battery until it shut down and charge it for a long time and heres the result". Did you do this once? Do you have to do this on a regular basis?

    To fix this issue please try below steps:

    Method 1: Update the Battery driver

    >Press Windows key + X
    >Click Device Manager
    >Expand Batteries
    >Right-click Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System and choose to uninstall
    >Make sure you check the "Delete the driver software for this device" checkbox when confirming the uninstallation.
    >Restart the then Check.

    Method 2: Disable fast startup

    >Open Start on Windows 11.
    >Search for Control Panel and click the top result to open the app.
    >Click on Hardware and Sound (in the “Category” view).
    >Click on Power Options.
    >Click the “Choose what the power button does” option from the left pane.
    >Click the “Change settings that are currently unavailable” option.
    >Uncheck the “Turn on fast startup” option to disable the feature on Windows 11.
    >(Optional) Check the “Turn on fast startup” option to enable the feature.
    >Click Save changes.
    >Click Restart now and see if it works.

    Sounds like hibernation or suspend and not full off. That would fully explain it since there's power draw in those modes.

    However, batteries do deplete anyway even without use. If they deplete heavily without any use then it would suggest a bad battery, that its actually being used, or that the info is wrong.

    There's also the setting in Windows that allows a device to wake up if its in hibernation/suspended for running updates, etc. and is by default enabled.

    Some other possibilities exist including power down modes where varying levels of power are maintained, parts not powering down correctly and staying powered up, and more. It gets into some crazy stuff.
