'<emptyconstant>' não foi declarado. A constante Null não tem mais suporte. Ao invés disso, use System.DBNull.

Uma instrução usa a palavra-chave Null, que não tem mais suporte no Visual Basic.

Para corrigir este erro

1. Use DBNull em vez de Null. O exemplo a seguir demonstra isso.

2. Use a palavra-chave Nothing para atribuições e comparações ao usar variáveis de objeto. O exemplo a seguir demonstra isso.

       If (cls Is Nothing) Then  
           MsgBox("cls is Nothing")
