$bitNot

$bitNot işleci, tamsayı değerlerinde bit düzeyinde DEĞİl işlemi gerçekleştirir. İşlenenin tüm bitlerini tersine çevirerek 1'leri 0'lara, 0'ları 1'e dönüştürür. Sonuç, giriş değerinin bit düzeyinde tamamlayıcısı olur.
