$tsSecond işleci bir zaman damgasından saniye değerini döndürür. Zaman damgaları iki bölümden oluşur: bir zaman değeri (dönem sonundan bu yana saniye) ve bir artış değeri. Bu işleç, Unix döneminden (1 Ocak 1970, 00:00:00 UTC) bu yana geçen süreyi temsil eden saniye bölümünü ayıklar.
