Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
If you want to drop the S from HTTPS try this method.
- Sign in through this link: https://account.live.com/ManageSSL
- Choose Don't use HTTPS when I sign in to Hotmail
- Click on Save.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have now been directed to Outlook for my mail. That's fine, but I need to be able to go into the site without an "HTTPS" setting. I have tried to set it to "HTTP" but it hasn't responded. It will not automatically download attachments to my emails which I need to view. Please advise a fix for this situation

I have repeately tried this to no avail. I received this info for Hotmail and it worked but it isn't applying to the new Outlook. Very frustrated.
