Cannot reach https://postmaster.live.com/

I am trying to get our server unblocked from reaching clients using hotmail, msn, outlook, and live email addresses. But for some reason 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. (live.com) is all I get when I try to load the request form. I tried the automated help/virtual help as well as a live person which resulted in no help whatsoever.

Would someone out there in MS Land please get ahold of Postmaster Support to tell them that they have a server issue, because apparently, I can't get ahold of anyone on that end no matter where I look on Microsofts website for directions to do so.

Your welcome. Sorry I couldn't provide a more positive response and hopefully the "access" error will get resolved soon.

Including the following SNDS pages in case you're not familiar with them

    Smart Network Data Service (SNDS)

    https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.co...

    Services for Senders and ISPs

Thanks for the reply. I figured this would be another dead end but had to try.

I guess this is what "customer service" looks like these days, just another soulless corporation taking in money and not even pretending to help its customers. Over at Google, it's the same way, just dead ends and chat boards full of people asking for help.

    Hello BlairWolf

Unfortunately this answer is going to add to your frustration but there is no other answer that applies. Your issue is only handled by the Microsoft SNDS (Smart Network Data Service) team who don't monitor this forum so your only choice is to wait until whatever the issue is gets resolved.

Just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you helping other users. We don't work for Microsoft and have no access to anything related to blocked IP addresses or domains so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum. We have no input on Microsoft's policies and procedures. Microsoft Support personnel do not staff this forum and we don't have access to the SNDS team.
