Activate and Sign-in issue

I already redeemed the Office 2019 product key on August 28, 2025 (320 days ago).

And now I cannot use any Office product on my Mac.

I couldn't sign in to 'activate' as '_@gmail.com'

My product key is '____'.

Please check and let me know how I can do it.

    Hello Alice Lee

    Since the Office 2019 key was already redeemed, it is now associated with the Microsoft account used on August 28, 2025. You do not need to redeem the key again.

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account’s Services & subscriptions page using the Gmail address that was used to redeem the key.
    2. Check whether Office 2019 for Mac appears under your purchased products.
    3. If it appears, install Office from that page. Then open Word, select Get Started > Sign in, and use the same account to activate it.
    4. If the Office apps were installed from the Mac App Store, remove them and reinstall Office directly from your Microsoft account. Mac App Store versions do not support Office 2019 one-time-purchase licenses.

    If Office 2019 does not appear, try any other email addresses that may have been used when the key was redeemed. You can also search your email accounts for the original redemption or purchase confirmation.
