Settling Charge Back on Account

Hi— I’m in need of some help settling a chargeback on my account. A purchase I made was reversed and accounted as a chargeback on a game I play called The Finals. They’ve permanently suspended my account until the chargeback is settled. When I go to settle the charge back in billing’s, there’s no option to settle to. When I try to speak directly with a live agent, it’s automated help back to main page. HELP! I just want want to make this payment to clear my charge back so I can gain access to my Embark account to enjoy playing The Finals again.

    I’m sorry you have been sent through an automated loop, especially when you are actively trying to make the payment and restore access.

    Unfortunately, chargebacks normally cannot be repaid like a regular purchase through the billing page. Please contact Microsoft Support, type chargeback on a Microsoft Store game purchase, and continue through Get Help > Contact Support to reach the billing team. Provide the order number and chargeback details privately so the transaction can be reviewed. Microsoft’s guidance confirms that game or app chargeback issues should be handled through Microsoft Support.

    However, the game account is controlled by Embark. Microsoft Support can review the Microsoft transaction but only Embark Support can review or lift the Embark account suspension after the payment issue is resolved.
