Unfortunately, chargebacks normally cannot be repaid like a regular purchase through the billing page. Please contact Microsoft Support, type chargeback on a Microsoft Store game purchase, and continue through Get Help > Contact Support to reach the billing team. Provide the order number and chargeback details privately so the transaction can be reviewed. Microsoft’s guidance confirms that game or app chargeback issues should be handled through Microsoft Support.
However, the game account is controlled by Embark. Microsoft Support can review the Microsoft transaction but only Embark Support can review or lift the Embark account suspension after the payment issue is resolved.
