    Hello Luke Mesritz

    I can see that you are having billing issue whereas the credit card is updated but still asking for updated payment method

    If the updated credit card information is already on the account but the subscription is still asking you to update the payment method,

    Here are what you can do:

    • Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and verify that the Microsoft 365 subscription is using the updated card. In some cases, updating a card under Payment options does not automatically switch the subscription to the updated payment method.
    • If the card number itself changed, try adding it as a new payment method and then select it for the subscription instead of editing the existing card.
    • Check whether there is a past-due balance on the subscription. If a renewal payment previously failed, you may need to select Pay now before the billing warning is removed.
    • Confirm that the billing address, expiration date, security code (CVV), and card details match the information your bank has on file.

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support 
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below. 
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account. 
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm  
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
