I understand that you’re trying to download the tax receipt for your Microsoft 365 subscription in Portugal, but the Tax invoice option does not appear under Order history > Order details.
Those are the correct steps if the Microsoft 365 subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft using a personal Microsoft account. However, please note that the Tax invoice option may not appear immediately. For personal Microsoft 365 purchases, it can take 48 hours to 5 days after the payment is completed before the invoice becomes available.
If more than five days have passed and the option is still missing, contact Microsoft Support so the billing team can check the invoice for your Portuguese account. Since this is a user‑to‑user community forum, we can only share suggestions based on our findings and personal experiences. We can’t verify the transaction or issue the tax invoice from here.
Note: If the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google, Amazon, or another retailer, the receipt must be requested from that seller instead.
