If you have purchased a Microsoft 365 (Office) subscription, you can use the steps provided on this link to cancel the subscription:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription

You should then be entitled to a pro-rata refund, you can check your eligibility for a refund using the steps provided on this link.
