Hello, I purchased a Microsoft 365 Personal annual subscription yesterday. The subscription is already active, but I have not received any invoice or receipt. The payment is still pending on my bank card. Could you please help me obtain the invoice for my purchase?

    Type "Billing Issue" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > click on "Contact Support" > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

    Tax invoices will be available for download from the Order details within 2 to 5 days after purchase.

    You may check it on account.microsoft.com > Order History > Select the date range when you have purchased the subscription > Once you have located your Microsoft 365 transaction, click Order Detail > Tax invoice.
