    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this situation. Could you please confirm if this issue is happening on Windows? Also, if you open other Microsoft 365 apps, do you see the same error message?

    Please verify through the following link that the email address you are using is the one associated with the active subscription:

    account.microsoft.com/services

    Have you tried signing out of the app and then signing back in with the correct account?
