I have been trying to get into my account for a month and a half.I have a new email and a new phone number but microsoft 365 makes it impossible to update because these are the only way to validate yourself. The phone number that they have is our old land line which doesn't exist anymore. We had to get a new email because spectrum all of the sudden decided that they aren't going to do email anymore.The online help is worthless and there is no way to contact a human to update the personal info for your account.

    Just to confirm, did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account?

    Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.
