Hello, last month there were a purchase of 64.99 for a subcription I did not purchase

so I would like a refund please.

    To cancel your subscription, sign in to your Microsoft account: https://account.microsoft.com/services, locate your subscription, click Manage, then select Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Regarding your refund, when did you purchase the subscription? If it was within the last 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund. In this case, I suggest contacting Microsoft support directly:

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

    Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

    Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

    Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

    Select the product you need help with.

    Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
