I purchased a subscription to Microsoft 365 because the chatbot said it was compatible with Ventura 13.7.6. However, when I tried to install the application, I got the error message: "This software requires macOS version 14.0 or later." What can I do? I was told that Microsoft 365 was compatible with Ventura

If your version of MacOS is Ventura, then the error you are seeing is caused by an update on the 13th of July, many people are seeing the exact same error, if you are unable to upgrade your MacOS to a newer compatible version, you will not be able to install and use Microsoft 365, or if Office is installed, your Office apps will go into Read Only mode, on the link below the full details on that update are provided.
