i have tried resetting my password multiple times. I have MacOS

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For home | MacOS

    What error do you see if you are unable to log into the Microsoft 365 apps, is that an 0x0 error, if so, that may be caused by the July 13 update.

    At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

    What version of Office do you have, is that a Microsoft 365 subscription or standalone version of Office like Office 2019, 2021 or 2024.
