Not accepting my Visa cards

Both my USA Visa card, and my Oman visa cards are not being accepted.

    This forum is public, no one from here have access to your Microsoft billing account.

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you trying to renew an active Microsoft 365 subscription, or purchase a new one?
    2. Also, what exact error message appears when the Visa cards are declined?

    Please check whether the country/region on your Microsoft account matches the card’s billing address. A US card or Oman card may be declined if the account, Microsoft Store region, and billing address do not match.
