Activating Outlook

Hello,

Today I tried to run Outlook, but received the error message in the attachment. I am running an email account on a Microsoft 365 subscription. Outlook is linked to my workplace Gmail account, and it usually works without special issues.

I also have a personal Outlook.com email account.

My phone runs teh same settings and seems to work fine with both email accounts.

Please help me solve the issue.

    If you don't mind I need to ask some questions to sort out the set up/configuration.

    This is the error message:

    Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.TenantAccessBlockedException

    It indicates a server-side issue and your tenant access is blocked, but then you said it worked on your phone.

    You also said this is a workplace Gmail, what's the domain name of this email address? Is email hosted via Microsoft, or via Google?
